Wouldnt lift a finger to assist with a return. Not only was the delivered product damaged, it was an incorrect product which was sent. So 2 mistakes on their part but they refused to action on their end, stating i had to sort it out before i was entitled to my correct and undamaged order!

Order No. 2257599. Still awaiting delivery from DHL despite being given two days and times for delivery. Not a happy bunny! Seems Tackleuk are not in communication with their chosen carriers which is pity as the items ordered were supposed to be part of a Christmas Present. Would think twice about ordering from Tackleuk in the future.

I placed my order in July however the items were not in stock,I had a phone within minutes of placing the order to let me know and did i want a
refund.The items would be there in stock by October and I could wait which I did.When the shop received them they delivered them to me very quick.Only four stars because of the wait.

Delivered quickly, packaging could have been better, reel box was battered although contents was ok,it was put in a plastic envelope with no protection hence just four stars,but will still use Tackleuk again.
